Data Deletion Instructions

Instructions for deleting account data, integration data, and platform-connected data from VoiceDrive.

Request Data Deletion

A client business, authorized user, or affected customer may request deletion of data associated with VoiceDrive. Requests are reviewed to verify authority and scope before deletion is completed.

How To Submit A Request

  1. Contact VoiceDrive using the business phone number or contact page.
  2. Include the business name, connected account/channel, user email or phone, and the data you want deleted.
  3. Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or unnecessary customer data.
  4. We will verify authority, disconnect integrations where needed, and delete or anonymize eligible data.

What Can Be Deleted

  • Client account and workspace data where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
  • Connected platform data stored by VoiceDrive for customer support or communication workflows.
  • Call workflow data, message context, integration metadata, and operational records no longer needed for the service.

Retention Exceptions

Some records may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute, audit, or platform compliance reasons. Where full deletion is not possible, we limit access and retain only what is required.
