Overview

VoiceDrive is a SaaS platform operated by Softmatic for client businesses that manage customer communication, support, order follow-up, and voice workflow operations. This policy explains how we handle information for our website, dashboard, integrations, and client services.

Information We Process

  • Client account information, such as business name, authorized users, phone number, and contact details.
  • Authorized integration data needed to provide the service, including permitted conversation, customer inquiry, account/channel status, and operational activity data.
  • Usage, audit, security, and operational logs needed to protect the service and troubleshoot client workflows.
  • Voice workflow data such as call status, call result, template status, and support follow-up metadata.

Platform Data Usage

If a client authorizes access to Meta or other platform data, VoiceDrive uses that data only to provide the service requested by that client. Examples include showing authorized customer conversations, support context, account/channel status, and activity needed for customer support or order follow-up.

We do not sell Platform Data, rent Platform Data, scrape data, or use Platform Data for unrelated advertising or unrelated products. Client data is used only in the context of the client's authorized service workflow.

Data Sharing

We share data only when needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, protect the service, or support the client's authorized workflow. We do not sell personal data.

Retention And Deletion

VoiceDrive keeps data only as long as needed for service delivery, security, audit, legal, and operational requirements. Clients may request deletion or disconnect integrations. See our Data Deletion page for deletion request instructions.

Security

We use role-based access, operational monitoring, secret management, rate limiting, queue controls, and internal review processes to reduce unauthorized access and misuse.
